Jeremy Koreski, This is Nowhere

A limited edition book for Canadian photographer Jeremy Koreski which celebrates ten years of his adventures on the British Columbia Coast. Jeremy’s photos beautifully capture the spirit of BC, but they also speak to the importance of conservation. This is Nowhere is about deconstructing the idea of remoteness being referred to as ‘the middle of nowhere’ and it is through Jeremy’s images of undisclosed locations and a series of supporting essays that it quickly becomes clear that our coasts have greater value that far surpasses their value as a natural resource. To support the idea of nowhere, remoteness and secrecy, the book mimics this through restrained typography, tonally printed section openers and a poetic introductory text blind debossed onto the cloth cover.
