BattersbyHowat

Established in 1996, BattersbyHowat is an architectural practice that specializes in a fully-integrated, multi-disciplinary approach to design.

This self-titled monograph was the first for the BattersbyHowat office and highlights their contemporary West Coast designs through an in-depth review of ten projects. The book’s design attempts to play off the firm's aesthetic which results in a simple framework that does not interfere with the subject matter. A handsome silhouette of their beautiful Gambier Residence was foil block printed onto the cover.
